CHARMING CHARLEY TIERED WOMAN'S TOP SIZE MEDIUM

This is a pre-owned Charming Charlie top, light gold or mustard color. Pretty lace in the front with two bottom tiers. The size on the label says medium but when measuring armpit to armpit I get 32" in the bust area although this does easily stretch.
