nubella @tacksmack the 15" is from top of waist to bottom of short leg. The inches for the waist measurements from hip to hip are noted.

tacksmack @nubella well. Usually when someone says waist measurements. They're speaking in circumference so I was just making sure I was understanding. Especially since I was very interested and am suffering from a concussion. I do hope that I'm misreading this and you're not speaking down to me as if I'm an idiot. As I feel it was a reasonable question.... I'd hate for that to be a reason not to purchase 🙃. I need some rest. Have a great night.

nubella @tacksmack for those waist measurements you just double the inches to get full picture of how wide it is. That's the way seamstress take measurements and it's usually more accurate that way.
