Button Down Drop Waist Tunic Dress Top

This is a lightweight tunic dress or tunic top - it's pretty short, so it would look great with bike shorts or leggings! There are cute, fluttery cap sleeves. It's a pretty steel blue color and has tortoise shell buttons. The fabric looks & feels like linen. This is a size S (Sally Stitches couldn't even button the top 2 buttons!) And it measures approximately 17" at the chest and about 30" from top to bottom.
