sterlinglife3 @kddid50 I have so many rings, probably 15 to still list! I just got my metal ring size wand, before I would just try to guesstimate by my fingers, trying them on. Now that I think about it, that was stupid of me! I have Fibromyalgia, ( I don't know if I told you that, or not) So sometimes my fingers are normal, but a lot of the time they are swollen. By a few ring sizes! I'll check this on the ring size stick! Also, I'll see what rings I have in your size!

kddid50 We have more in common than jewelry...I spent 2 weeks at the Mayo clinic to finally get a diagnosis of Fibro. 😳 I recently lost 45 pounds thinking it would help. I obviously feel much better but the symptoms stay the same. I hope you are doing well!!!

sterlinglife3 @kddid50 Lol!!! Sorry! ( for being bad for you) lol! Iv had Fibromyalgia for 14 years.. I have a high metabolism, and have always been small!!! It probably helps not having the extra weight baring on your body ( by the way, congratulations, you go girl) but I weigh 105 lbs and I hurt like the dickens on a daily basis. My worst and most common area's are my upper back, shoulders , and my peraformis ( my sit bones)

kddid50 That is my main areas too. Interestingly though it seems to be worse on the left side of my body. Who knows. I have blocks in my spine 2 to 3 times a year to help with pain in my lower left region but again it is just a mask. I am VERY thankful that I have an amazing husband and kids that are so helpful and patient!!!!

sterlinglife3 You are very lucky!!! I have just the opposite. A mean, abusive husband, and three small, dependent children! I love them to death! It's just hard because I don't ever ( literally) have anyone's help with them... They don't understand when I'm super tired , why! Or when I can't pick them up because I'm hurting to bad! Watching other Moms be able to throw their kids up ( obviously not high) and catch them, makes me sad that I can't. I used to get Epidural Injections, like 8 at a time without being put to sleep, because I had to get the kids from school, and I used to be in night school for Nursing! But it was like, they only lasted a week, then the pain returning felt twice as bad, from not being in pain for a week! I even had my nerves in my neck, that rub down the shoulders and arm, Cauterized (Burnt down) it smelled horrible! That was by my pain doctor as well. He said that he had one patient claim they grew back in a year, but everyone else, was relieved of most their pain in that area! Mine grew back in 6 days!! It was a horrible feeling. Like itching from the inside, because they were healing back! He told me I wasn't a typical Fibro person! I had extreme cases, and he didn't know what else to do with me, because I was so young! He gave me all kinds of narcotics. Which only one I could actually take, and not get sick! It was OxyContin. The OxyCodone made me want to throw up! he wanted me to take 4-6 10 mg. pills a day. Ha... i only weigh 100 lbs. i cant sleep from the pain, so he would give me the oxycontin to sleep, so it would last all night long, but not during the day because Of the addiction rate! Yet he was giving me 120 pills of OxyCodone 10 mg per month. Plus 30 OxyContin, muscle relaxers, and stress relaxers!!! Go figure! I had to see him once a month. The Dr.'s get a report from the Pharmacy, of the medications you get filled, and when, I wouldn't get my script filled, because I would not take but maybe 5 pills a month, when my pain was really bad, and I'd rather feel sick, than hurt , so He would question me, and I just got sick of it, and quit going to all Dr.'s for about a year! I had my Primary care Dr. And six specialists. I was taking 14 prescriptions and weaned myself off of all! Now I only see my primary care dr. I take an anti-depressant to rev. Up my endorphins... That's it! Lately my shoulders have been killing me! They feel like someone is stabbing me with a knife! Uhh... Oh well

lilyjael @strictlydbest This is what it says under Fibromyalgia: Topical Apply 1 to 2 drops each of frankincense, vetiver, sandalwood, and cedarwood to the base of the skull, behind the ears, and top of the head 2 to 4 times daily. Inhalation Place 2 drops of peppermint in one palm, rub together with other palm, and cup over nose and mouth to inhale as often as necessary. Oral Take a capsule filled with 2 drops each of lemongrass, nutmeg, frankincense, myrrh, and Roman chamomile twice daily.
