Dress by Moon Collection in LA from Mod Cloth. The top has a zigzag sequined pattern in brown, gold and beige. The bottom skirt is yellow/beige with a crinoline/net underlay at the bottom. It's true to medium. Has a side zipper. Never worn. Actually came in the mail today, I tried it on and don't like it on me. Such is life. There are no tags because it was bought online.
