Brown Silk Velvet Cap Sleeve Blouse

This has been one of my favorite shirts for years, the top trip is velvet and I think the rest of the shirt is some sort of silk. I tried to see the tags but I guess I cut them off. It is not acrylic. There is a zipper on the side and the third picture is of the back, there is a string that ties horizontally in the back to add an additional detail. Lastly, it is scrunched in the middle to portray more of a waist. It is done very subtly and is a complimentary blouse on most shapes
