lynzer127 @morpheus11 the back of package states “peel, stick and iron” (as seen in the second photo). I have not opened the package so I’m not sure if rhinestones have a sticky back or not. My guess based on experience with similar products is that they could be applied to a piece of clothing but for a more permanent hold need to be ironed.
