Bongo Black formal halter top maxi dress 100% polyester and is fully lined. It has stunning front rhinestone straps which tie around the neck. Empire waist, rouched chest, sheer overlay, full free flowing skirt, built-in bra, and elastic around the back. Dress bust measures at 16 inches Length 53 inches  Measurements are approximate. Condition: Gently used but still in very good condition. No holes or stains, no fade. there are a few snags that are hard to see with the black and folds but they are there. See photos for details.
