sarahdh Hi @chic_flamingo! So the make up of the fabric is nylon and lambs wool. It’s so so soft! As far as the bust for now the best I can do is get you the Talbots size chart for the busy measurements. I have searched for the tape measure and can only assume the kids got a hold of it and have relocated it somewhere. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I hope that this helps!
