Blue halter that is adjustable!

Adjustable halter that’s great for the summer. Perfect for rooftop bar or even Fourth of July!! It’s been worn only a couple of times and is still in great condition!!!! It was a boutique find so you no it’s one of a kind! I’m usually a Medium, this fit a little lose but still looked cute and slimming!
