Blue dress with lace details

Love this dress but never wore it because it’s too short for me. The sleeves are see through and around the waist is a scalloped lace detail. The lace overlay is a little longer than the dress itself so it shows off the pattern beautifully. Very soft and a gorgeous blue color.
