Blue & Green Floral Maxi Dress

Navy blue dress with a blue and green floral pattern. Top is a v-neck style with a snap to secure the "crossed over" fabric. Bottom of dress has a "wrap around" look. Adjustable spaghetti straps. Dress has only been worn once, and is in perfect condition!
