Pretty blue dress with white embroidery around neckline, arms and hem with a pretty appliqué at bodice. Dress is fully lined and has an elastic shirred waist. Shell is 95% viscose 5% spandex, lining is 100% polyester. Machine wash or dry clean. In EUC, no rips, tears, stains, etc.
