Vintage 1980s blue corduroy jumper dress with dropped gathered waist. The print features all-over small pink roses. It has four buttons at the front. Clean and bright, it is unbranded and likely was homesewn using a pattern. It has a 4" hem, so could easily be lengthened. Based on measurements below, it is a women's size small (size 4-6) .
