Blue Boho Off-Shoulder Dress with Beaded Neckline

Chic white off-shoulder dress featuring a colorful beaded neckline. Perfect for a bohemian look. To wear on its own or on top of a bathing suit. I purchased it last summer in the south of France but it’s too big for me. It’s a medium/ Large but more on the large side.
