The shape of this coat looks like a Balenciaga design from that time period. It was definitely modern and high style at the time. Features: A beautiful and unusual shape with wide shoulders & dolman sleeves that becomes narrower at the waist and hips. Darts extending from the shoulders provide Unique Shaping. Coat is Full Through the Shoulders, then extends into a fitted blouson shape becoming narrower at the at the hips and maintaining the narrower width to the hemline. Elegant tailoring throughout - needle tailoring means done by hand Hand Bound Buttonholes and Beautiful Monogrammed Gold Buttons. A Built into the Seams “Belt” effect sewn into the seams at hip level with attached pockets. Adorable pert Peter Pan collar, Bracelet Length sleeves. The fabric is very fine soft wool. You can immediately feel the high quality. Coat is fully lined in a heavy black satin lining fabric. Size: There is no size marked on the garment, It fits like an XS - S because of the narrower width from the waist through the hips.
