Blank NYC Black and White plaid collared pocket tunic/dress

Never worn, NWOT. Size is XS. So cute! Can be worn as a dress or a tunic. My pictures got cropped but the length is 42 inches long. Has pockets. Made of 65% Lyocell and 35% Rayon.
