Black & white stripe cocktail dress, shoulder rosette, sz 6-ish

Worn once, black & white stipe w red rosette, one shoulder. Approx sz 6- no tag inside but I was a 6 at that time. Only flaw is red lipstick on the skirt front- have not tried to remove or clean. Great dress!
