Black tunic with Mother of Pearl buttons and peek-a-boo ruffled sleeves

Great top to dress up or down. 3/4 sleeves with a ruffle on the end and mother or pearl buttons down the sleeve with holes in between so your skin plays peekaboo. Not sure it’s been worn. 95% poly 5% spandex machine wash.
