Black pearl on mother of pearl silver pendant

This is an amazing large piece of mother of pearl with 3 or 4 small fresh water petals that are fused into it. I’m guessing they are the cultured freshwater variety. The metal is not stamped but it looks like either stainless steel or rhodium plated silver. The chain is make of silver plated base metal and measures 16 inches long. In excellent vintage condition.
