Black one shoulder dress

Black dress with one shoulder with ruffles, and elastic waist cinching. Wore once. A little see through when in front of bright light. I'm pricing it low because although it has minimal wear, it's honestly not the best quality. I just don't want anyone to have high expectations and be disappointed.
