Black lace dress

Very pretty never been worn except to try on. The tag says small but the arms are very tight. I workout and have a more athletic build so the arms don't fit me :( this dress is elegant yet sexy with an open back and button neck. I'm 5'6 and it hits right above my knees. Tags still attached! There's a little wiggle room price wise so shoot me an offer!
