Black and white stripe spaghetti ruffle dress

Black and white spaghetti strap dress with alternating striped ruffle hem. Super soft material. Slightly worn. There are some strings hanging from hems, but still in good enough condition to wear and is super cute. The last picture shows how one of the seams left excess material/sewing. I wouldn’t want to cut it in case it made the dress unravel. It is on the inside so it’s not a big deal. General wear and tear. Pricing low for this dress bc of these reasons. I’d just cut the strings if I bought
