Black and Gray Base Layer Shorts

Two pairs of workout shorts with the built-in compression liner. These are brand new in the box. I took the tags off one pair to try them on and when they didn't fit I put them right back in the box. The other pair still has the tags on them. They are $30 each new. I am just trying to get some of my money back as I cannot return them since it is beyond the return date. They are size large, one pair is the black camo, and the other pair is a charcoal gray.
