Black and Blue Dress, F21 Small

Black and royal blue dress from Forever 21, size small. Adjustable straps and strings to tie around the waist at the back. This has built in soft molded cups. The cups are much too small for my 34dd chest for both size and support. Otherwise I would say it's roomy and stretchy for a small. For reference I'm 5'4 and 120lbs in pics
