Black & White Poka Dot dress with pockets.

This is in good pre-owned condition. It has pockets! The bust laying flat is 18 inches. The waist measures 16 inches flat, and the length is 38 inches. It does NOT have stretch. I believe the material is 100% cotton. cotton. I call this my lucy dress. Unfortunately, it no longer fits.
