Black & White Cowl Neck Wrap Top

Excellent condition. Interesting/cool wrap design. Has some stretch to it. There is a square sewn into part of the cowl that hangs on the inside of the top to weigh it down so the cowl part won’t move. I’ve never seen that done before and I thought it was interesting. Message me with any questions.
