Black Size 9 Forever 21 Strappy Heels

This is a ultra sexy black high heel strappy style shoes, size 9 but runs small, from Forever 21. They have a towering 5” heel and secure around the ankles with ¾" wide straps and black suede covered metal buckles. The outer surface is covered with a suede-like material and is smooth and soft. They were purchased new and have been worn once so the bottoms have have very minor scuffs but no marks. These are great shoes—very comfortable and stable!
