What size waist is this? I'm a 24-25

@reefmavericks I just measured it, laid flat it’s 12.5 inches so the whole waist is roughly 25 inches around. Are you typically size small for high waisted?

It depends on the brand but whenever I go into Forever 21 their XS are usually to large in the waist, for comparison
