@bouncebacdesign hi, my personal opinion because I wear these leggings is they run a little bigger meaning for example I am a size 4 in jeans and Small/Medium depending on the brand. They have plenty of stretch but fit good on a smaller person as well. The inseam is 27 1/2” and waist laying flat is 11 1/4”.
