Black 100% Leather Knee-High Boots Nine West 7 1/2

My best friend bought these for me but they are slightly loose. I'm 6 1/2- 7. I thought I could make them work with a big sock but at this age I'm not willing to sacrifice any comfort for style! lol ~3" heel. *the inside top cuff is a man made lining that is flaking off. The fabric by the zipper has come loose about an 1 1/2" long and doesn't effect the zipper, see photo. The outside of the boot is perfect, no scuffs on leather or stacked heel.
