With the pointed toe, you may have to go up a half size for a more secure fit. The bracelet fits slightly snugly to stay in place with every step - it's a favorite shoe for narrow to medium-width feet." My usual size is 8. | chose to go up a half-size to the 8.5 on these based on the info from the Birdies site and they are a good fit as described and the bracelet fits great too. I own another pair in black. Purchased these for a holiday occasion and never wore them.
