Billabong Orange Printed Maxi Skirt

Super cute size small maxi skirt from Billabong in an orange, cream, and black floral/boho print. Hits my ankles when I wear it low-rise (I'm 5'6"), but also becomes a cute midi-skirt if I pull it higher up my waist. Elastic waist with a tie (and cute little coin-like details at the end) helps to tighten it to whatever size you need.
