Bill Levkoff chiffon dress - 12

Beautiful black Bill Levkoff cocktail dress. A-line, sleeveless with sweetheart neckline, rouched bodice. It was a Sample piece, small embroidery with sample on hem (not noticeable) never worn. Built in cups and silicone line to help it stay up & put! 100% polyester. The black color is best represented in first picture, some of them make the color look off, but it’s not at all. Size 12
