Betsy & Adam NWT Formal/Prom Dress. Sz 8. Altered

Beautiful Betsy & Adam by Linda Bernell Formal Evening or Prom Dress. Size 8. The straps seem to have been shortened/ALTERED a bit at the top by gathering. I believe the stitches can be taken out, but this may give more support. :). The bra of the dress has sparkles which can been seen thru the sheer covering. Zips & hooks in back. Satiny bodice with a bow & rhinestone circle. Multiple layers. From top of shoulder to bottom of dress: approx. 58" Middle of satiny band: approx. 15.5"
