Betsey Johnson silk cup of coffee / 40s frock dress

purchased from one of her stores back in the 2000s. Not quite vintage just yet but still a piece of Betsey history since she no longer has stores. It’s a baby blue dress with a bright floral pattern. The belt loops are no longer attached but it will still come with its belt. Midi length and super silky feel. I was an employee in the 2000s and wore this to work a handful of times.
