Gold ears with gems, pearl head with blue crystal gems for eyes and a pink one for the nose. Gems around the band itself. I would say size 7 or 8. It doesn't fit me so it's BRAND NEW, NEVER WORN. still has the plastic thing holding it in place in the back to the holder.
