Betsey Johnson Size P (Small/Petite) Cerulean Blue Halter Dress *See notes

*Where the side zipper ends, the seam has come apart in a tiny area. See the last 3 pictures. It's not noticeable when it's not being pulled apart, but I scrutinize my items very well and try to find any flaws. I figured I would make it worse with my hand-sewing skills, but it should be an easy fix since it's the seam, not a hole. I will discount for the trouble, but I hope someone still wants this adorable dress. Look at the cute heart button on the back of the high halter neck! And the little ruffles, not to mention the gorgeous color, which will flatter any shade of skin. The entire bodice is ruched, so you can leave the bra at home, and it will conform to the girls just perfectly. Banded at the waist, then free falls and has a ruffled hem. This is a sexy and flirty little thing! Pricing this as a steal (PM is suggesting $66)!
