New but has a tiny bit of deodorant residue from trying on, I got most of it out. NOTE: I didn't style the top correctly it is worn more like the top in picture 2. Size 6 US or around size S. Underarm to underarm is about 15 inches flat and about 15 inches long. Has stretch. Side zipper. Lace trim on top. Dressy, night out, date night, party etc...
