Beautiful Designer Monica Negreiros full dress

This is a beautiful and rare Monica Negreiros full length dress from a custom boutique in Brazil! The dress features a beautiful floral design from top to bottom. Designed to be worn off the shoulders. Please see the pictures. The length is 53” from top to bottom The midsection is 19” Brazilian size on the tag says “34” I don’t know what that converts to. I put xsmall on the size but not sure. This dress was almost $300 brand new. Make me an offer :) Never worn, no stains, rips or tears.
