Beautiful Strapless Dress

I picked this up at a second hand shop in New Zealand. The tag is cut out, so I have no idea who made this or the exact size. I am 5’7” 140 lbs, and I usually wear a size Medium. I am also wearing a white strapless bra underneath. Can be worn without a bra as well.
