This is a brand NEW, absolutely gorgeous, deep blue, cocktail dress in size 10. The tags are still on it and the original sales price was $499. The description from the manufacturer is; Illusion Boat Neck Cutout Back Ruched, Taffeta Dress. Lined. This dress has an attached crinoline which gives the skirt fullness. I absolutely fell in love with this dress and purchased it for a wedding but I found I didn't have enough time for alterations. My loss is your gain!
