Gorgeous + I can’t find any info on the French Designer New but tags were removed Accordion pleats at front make this look like a dress From behind the back is flat Can crisscross straps or wear straight Or straps remove / unbutton to be just culottes/ long shorts Amazing 😻 It’s lovely + I’ve not seen another No fabric tags so could have been a sample ? Also can’t dress manny because her legs are spaced too wide to stretch shorts I don’t want to damage fabric.
