Beautiful Ann Taylor Textured Blouse

This is a beautiful blouse by Ann Taylor with a very delicate textured detail. It has two layers, a creme colored inner lining, and then the outer layer is a sheer fabric covered with tiny little ornamental bows all throughout the blouse. Got lots of compliements on this one! Looks great with pants or a skirt. Cap sleeves and boat neck style.
