Beaded Chiffon black and gold sequin skirt

Beautiful skirt that I’ve also work as a beach cover up! There are some beads missing which are shown in pictures. 2 more missing areas that look like those 2 pictures as well, can’t be seen at all when wearing it skirt. I’m 5’2 and it hits just above my ankles when I wear it at my waist
