maisunshine813 @c00c00nut yeah, I obviously love the designs but doubted myself when nice pieces lost stones before even being worn once or discolored after one wear or were see through when wet. I thought it was just me because it seemed "everyone" else didn't have the issues. I agree the first collections were the best!

mistifeyed Did a little bit of research and it turns out that the complainant Alin Pop goes around suing any company that has influencers who don’t disclose paid ads. He sued lulifama and Jaxxon as well. Luli Fama complaint was dismissed.

mistifeyed What do you think of the quality of the bikinis? based on your prices you seem to hold them in very high value, do you feel like a Beach Bunny bikini has less value because they paid someone to advertise them? This guy is either doing the Lord’s work policing these companies to make sure they follow the law, trying to get some money or both lol 🤷🏼‍♀️

maisunshine813 @mistifeyed some pieces can go easy and I have original collections that are hard to let go. I think in this lawsuit the truth is in the middle. Beach Bunny and other industry entities may believe they could inflate their products with paid influencers and not disclose their bias. I believe the leaders of the class action found the deception first and made a mission to expose it. BUT if we the consumers are happy then there are no victims. I am interested in how my fellow BB fans feel.
