lizmcoffey @mizvann3 ok, I just ordered some skirts from nuggles and the only thing I can think...is if I compare the measurements of these to what you have. could I see a pic of maybe the wasn't area with the tape measure and the hip area with the tape measure? I'm sorry to be a pain!
