Hi, I believe that they are a true size 9. I have smidge of a wider foot and they were just a smidge tight nothing that wearing them a couple of times wouldn’t fix. I did wear them for a an hour or two one time. There is no price tag on the bottom of the shoe. * Only worn for an hour or two indoors.
