amanda_buskill @pinkpaige24 HI! It's usually used to apply blush or all over face colors as it blends the edges very nicely (no clown cheeks!). It can also be used to apply mineral foundation when you want light coverage, and finishing powders. Basically, any time you want to use a lighter touch. I hope that helps!
