Bandolino Blu skirt is NWT and no flaws noted. This cute skirt may be vintage, but I'm not certain. If not, it's close. Featuring front patch pockets, back welt pockets and panel construction, the skirt is long but not quite a maxi. The denim is substantial and has some stretch. Measures app'x: 18 across waist, and 31 long.
